Shipping policy

If a package is returned to the sender for an unknown/random reason, shipping will be covered in the event of a reshipment. If the package is returned due to address fault on the buyer's end, the buyer is responsible for paying for freight, or a refund will be issued. Additionally, the buyer has the option to receive a refund of the cost of the merchandise without the shipping fee. 

VAT, Import fees, and customs fees are not included and are the buyer's responsibility.

Shipments typically go out on weekends in batches. If your order has not shipped within 2 weekends, please reach out to support.
